Arrogance led Nithya Raman to hire an embarrassingly inexperienced staff—especially her all important "Field Managers," who work one-on-one with constituents. Many of her hires came directly from her campaign and share Raman's far-left radical agenda.

Further, the Field Managers are so out of their depth regarding how the city or the county works, it's painful to watch them try and answer questions in constituent meetings.

It is professional negligence that Raman has thrust these novice employees into these key roles. It is unfair to them and a slap in the face to constituents.

Additionally, she did not announce her hiring of a Planning Director, another critical job, until four months after she was elected.
